First Aid Kits

Leeds Hackspace currently had 3 first aid kits:

• General use first aid kit on the wall in the workshop by the double doors
• Burns kit on the workshop double doors
• Eye wash kit on the workshop double doors

An accident report book is located in the general first aid kit and the Hackspace recommends that any accidents be written in, along with any items used.

If any items are missing from a first aid kit, please replace it or send a message to the email mailing board. Some additional stock can be found in the storage cupboard located in the bathroom.

Burns kit

This kit contains:

• 3x burn gel sachets
• 2x double sided low adherent dressing
• 3x water proof non-woven self adhesive dressing
• Non adherent dressing
• X2 hydrogen burn dressing
• Conforming bandage
• Scissors
• First aid advice leaflet

Eye wash kit

This kit contains:

• 2x small eye pad
• Sterile eye wash

Workshop first aid kit

This kit contains:

• Leeds Hackspace accident report book
• First aid leaflet
• 2x triangular bandage
• 3x sterile dressings
• Assorted safety pins
• Dressing scissors
• Assorted plasters
• Antiseptic wipes
• Eye pad with bandage
• Conforming bandage
