In order to attempt to be a bit more organised it probably helps to list the facilities we'd like to offer. A reasonable start may be:

• Troubleshooting
• Pi Demos
  • Raspbian
    • Scratch
    • Minecraft
  • RaspBMC (set up on tv, source a suitable amount of CC content?)
  • RISCOS?
• Hardware hacks involving a Pi
